By accessing and using the services provided by Telasis Solutions Pty Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Telasis Solutions provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, infrastructure management, and related technology services to businesses. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Telasis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
